Kanopy Update

Beginning November 1, Kanopy will switch from play credits to tickets. With this update, you will easily see the number of tickets required and the viewing period for each film next to the play button. 
 
The current number of play credits for Cook Memorial Public Library District cardholders is 5 per month. With the new ticketing system each card will have 15 tickets to use throughout the month. Films will cost between 1-5 tickets to watch, as determined by the length of the film. Kanopy Kids will not require tickets for viewing.  

Never Used Kanopy Before?

That just means you’ve yet to discover the movies, documentaries, and shows that are available for you to stream, for free, with your library card. Here’s how it works:

1. Visit our Kanopy site (also linked on our eLibrary page).
2. Add your CMPLD card.
3. Create a Kanopy account with your email address.
4. Search, browse, and start watching!
