Pursuant to Illinois statute (5 ILCS 120/7.3), a list of employees whose total compensation package exceeds $75,000 annually is available for inspection during business hours at the District’s administrative office, located at 413 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, IL. Additionally, an employee’s total proposed compensation package that exceeds $150,000 annually is available at least six days before approval by the Board of Trustees. “Total compensation package” includes salary, employer-paid health insurance premiums, and earned vacation/sick leave. - Lobbying
The Library does not employ any lobbyists or pay for any organizations to lobby on its behalf.
