Well - Hello, Hello, Hello Again, Dear Blog Readers!
I'm back once again. Thank you, Miss Heather, for writing about
our two Saturday "Openings" at Cook Park. Whew --- we sure
met a lot of you visiting us for the first time. How do you like our
new home for books? We sure love having YOU back!
Today I want to tell you a little bit about the light fixtures

hanging from the ceiling in the picture book area at Cook Park.
(They can also can be found at Aspen Library.) Aren't they the
coolest lights ever? The designer's name is Louise Campbell and
she is an award-winning (pictured here)
Danish designer.
This light design is called "Collage." Louise Campbell says she was
inspired by nature - sun rays finding their way through tree foilage
to be specific. Can you see the leaves in the design yourself? As you
walk around the light, you will notice different leaf patterns, just
as you might notice in a forest of trees outside.
We have the white version of the light, but the design also can be
made in Heavenly Blue, Spring Green, Hotlips (red) amd Smoke
Screen (gray).
Next time you visit us, please take a moment to enjoy our very
special "artwork" hanging from the ceiling!
Illuminatiningly yours,
Paige Turner !
