Celebrate NOVEMBER Week One

Happy November, Blog Readers!
See that book above? It's one of my favorites for finding a way to celebrate EVERY day! It's a reference book kept at the desks where the librarians sit and help you with questions. Ask them for it sometime! Look up your date of birth and you'll find out other things that are happening that VERY same day...my birthday is shared with Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Here are things you can celebrate this week:
November 1 - National Georgia Pecan Month. Go nuts!!!

November 2 - Daniel Boone Birth Anniversary. He'd be 276 years old today.
November 3 - Japanese Culture Day
November 4 - National Men Make Dinner Day. Help your Dad out in the kitchen today.

November 5 - World Champion Punkin Chunkin Day. In Bridgeville, Delaware adult and youth teams compete for the distinction of throwing an 8 to 10 pumpkin the farthest with all sorts of inventive contraptions.
November 6 - The "Good Morning America" TV show celebrates its 35th anniversary.
And what about November 7th? I challenge you to look that day up in the Chase Book and let me know what you found!
Celebratingly Yours, (is that a word?)
Paige Turner
