Freezing Holds

Planning a winter vacation? Here's how to freeze your holds so that you won't miss your turn while you are away.

1.       In My Account click your list of holds.
2.       Select the holds you wish to freeze by checking the boxes in the Freeze column near the right margin.
3.       Click the Save Changes button.

To re-activate a frozen hold:
1.       Click the Freeze boxes to remove the check marks for the holds you wish to re-activate.
2.       Click the Save Changes button.
